Bilingual Presenter and Producer

“My happy place is when I’m mixing up Arabic and English (Arablish)
to bring stories to life.”

Marhabten (Hello, Hello) and welcome. I’m Sirine Demachkie, Freelance Bilingual Presenter and Producer. I’ve been working locally and abroad for over 10 years as a TV Radio Presenter, VO Artist, Producer and Facilitator, across a diverse array of genres. My happy place is when I’m mixing Arabic and English (Arablish) to bring stories to life.

I was born in Beirut, Lebanon and raised in Australia. My Lebanese roots are a part of who I am, an individual of two cultures, two languages; being at home, both here in Sydney and in Beirut. This extended further in 2006 when I was fortunate to gain a large multiracial family after marrying my true other half. It also ignited a love for cooking and baking, especially at family gatherings, celebrations etc.! I’m also a smitten mum to one curly haired, pocket rocket of a little girl.

All families are my primary source of inspiration. I thrive on conversations about our history, our culture, our food, our languages, what we care about and our hopes for future generations.

I thought you may like to join me and explore where this could take us together!
